I’m late to the game on this St. Patrick’s Day TOLT, but I have a few questions for the runners out there. So, here’s a quick survey to bring me back to writing this month. Thanks Amanda, as always, for hosting!

  1. What is “your distance”?
  2. What is your pace at that distance?
  3. What are you currently training for?
  4. How many miles/week are you running?
  5. At what base distance did you start to vary your training routine? (ie: once I can run 2 miles I will have fast days, distance days, etc)
