Workout Wednesday #14 – Non-Standing Strength Poses 1

I’m on a roll! This is the second video I was able to prep early and get posted on the correct day. Yesterday I walked over 2 miles, taught Pilates for an hour, did my 40 sun salutations, and filmed this video. Today I ran over 3 miles and I’m gearing up for 42 sun salutations. I’m feeling pretty pumped and more about that tomorrow in a HABITS post.

For today, though, I’ve got some great chest opening poses and one opposing pose that I threw in at the end because I love it…BOAT! Please open up your chest, improve your breathing and posture, and sing with me….
